Custom Cake Melbourne by Amour Desserts is operated by Amour Desserts in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria.
Information you choose to share
You may share an event date, suburb, serving count, flavour, reference images, budget range, personalisation notes and contact details through Messenger or the Amour Desserts website.
Only send information that is useful for the cake request. When you share another person's details for a handover or event, make sure they are comfortable with you doing so.
How we use the information
We use the details to understand the cake, respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange pickup or delivery and manage the order if you proceed.
Reference images and notes are used to understand the cake direction. We do not treat a reference image as permission to publish personal information.
Finished cake photographs
We may share photographs of finished cakes in our gallery or social channels. Contact us before the order if you would prefer your cake photographs to remain private.
Hosting and linked services
Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, review platforms, analytics services and linked websites have their own privacy practices and may process information outside Australia.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand general site use, including page views and device or browser information. We do not intentionally send personally identifying enquiry details to analytics.
Retention
Enquiry and order information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an order, meet record-keeping obligations or resolve a customer-service matter.
Access, correction or deletion
Contact us through Messenger if you would like us to review, correct or remove information from an enquiry thread that we control.
